What ring size do I need for my needles?
Rings are available Standard in two sizes. Large will fit up to a size 13 knitting needle. Small will fit up to a size 10 knitting needle. You may special request stitch marker sets be made for you on rings that go up to a size 4 knitting needle. The ring size of lace stitch markers and other special ring sets are stated in their description.
How many Debra's Garden stitch markers are in a set?
In most knitting and crochet sets there are (5) stitch markers per set. Some lace stitch markers come in sets of (10). Check in their description.
In almost every set there is one stitch marker that is slightly different. Use that one for your row counter or starting point. Not all sets have this. Choose accordingly. ie. It may only matter if you are knitting on circulars.
Can I buy a single (1) Debra's Garden stitch marker?
I offer single stitch markers at shows, for $8 - $10.00 each, when they are available.

Will you alter your existing Debra's Garden designs and/or do custom sets?
Yes. If you see a style in silver and would like gold, or the reverse, email me the details. Custom sets are possible if the materials are redily available, at no extra charge. At check out tell me your request or email me and I will get back to you promptly.
How do I take care of my Debra's Garden stitch markers?
No special care is generally needed. Gold as well as silver may oxidize over time. If you are storing your sets, between projects, for a while - either tuck them into your jewelry box or into a zip top plastic bag. You may shine them up with a jewelry cloth for that purpose or simply wipe them off with a soft clean cloth.
Pearls do not like to be in contact with lotions, perfumes or cleaners. They are porous and will absorb like your skin. A soft clean cloth is best.
If machine felting with stitch markers left in, as embellishments, turn the item inside out and use a zipped pillow case before placing into the machine.
Pearls are not recommended for felted projects unless attached afterwards.
Furnace glass may be knit into garments as embellishments. Launder on gentle, inside out and they can go through the dryed on low!

Debra's Garden products are carried in shops all over the USA. as well as the UK,, Germany, Australia, Iceland, Canada and growing. Check the current LYS listing for a shop near you.
If your local shop does not carry Debra's Garden products, please recommend us. (If they get it for you, you don't have to pay the shipping)
Shops carry exclusives, wholesale only, and custom designs. Shops do not necessarily carry the retail items you see online.
Do you wholesale Debra's Garden's products?
Debra's Garden products are carried in shops all over the world. If you would like to carry the line, in your shop, email me your request and Tax ID info. You will be sent wholesale login information.
Do you have a Debra's Garden catalog?
No. Designs are added continuously and we keep the updated inventory listed online. It would be impossible to keep reprinting a catalog as design styles sell out (quickly sometimes) and new are added.
How do I purchase a Debra's Garden gift certificate?
Email me with your request. They are available in any increment. Each will include $5.00 for shipping and handling.
How do I include a note/card with my Debra's Garden gift?
At check out you will be able to email me the text you would like included on the card. I will be happy to send your thoughts with your gift.
What gift wrapping is available?
Gifts are generally sent in a black velvetine box with a black velvetine draw-string jewelry pouch inside to hold the gift set(s) and more. I have a variety of sheer ribbons and silk flowers that I decorate with - depending on the occasion. I take great care with gift presentations for you. - Please specify the occassion. $7.00 extra
Will you bill me and ship to a different address?
If you would like an item sent somewhere else let me know. At check out, send me the exact shipping information. Let me know if you want a card enclosed and gift wrap -$7.00 extra
Yes. I ship to customers all over the world. Do not use the regular check out. I will have to get the address to find out the correct shipping. I pass this cost along with no mark up. Email me and I will set everything up for you.
What kind of payments do you accept?
I prefer Paypal. It is SAFE, FAST and easy! You do not have to have an account. I accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover.
If you would prefer not to charge online, call the office : tel 631 385-4249 with your card number, expiration date, exact billing address and name on your card, and the security #, or mail your order with order form.

What is the Debra's Garden return policy?
My goal is clear: to provide you with the best quality product. If an item arrives damaged, please notify me so that I may replace it.
Email me for a return authorization. Authorized returns must be made within 10 days.
New York and New Jersey sales tax is added to purchases from those states.
